These terms cover the Dettato app for macOS and the dettato.app website. By downloading or using Dettato you agree to them. They also serve as the app's end-user license agreement.
Dettato's Free tier is free to use without limit. A Dettato Pro license is a one-time purchase that unlocks the Pro features for one person, enforced as up to 3 concurrent Mac activations. You may move activations between machines (deactivate in Settings, or contact support). You may not resell, share, or publish your license key, or reverse-engineer the licensing.
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record; prices are shown plus any tax that applies at checkout. If Dettato Pro isn't for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing dettato@proton.me from the address you bought with. Refunded license keys are disabled and stop validating at the app's next license check.
Dettato is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Transcripts, speaker labels, and AI summaries are automated output and can be wrong — review them before relying on them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer's total liability for any claim related to Dettato is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Dettato may check for and offer app updates. These terms may be updated over time; the current version always lives at this page with its date above. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the updated terms.
